Language and nature of the meeting
The meeting is a Spanish forum with international participation.
Therefore,
the working language will be Spanish, but talks in English are also
usual.

Participation and Contributions
Anyone interested in the topics of the meeting is warmly invited to attend. Participants willing to give a talk should submit a complete version of their paper of no more than 10 pages or a summary of at least 3 pages before April 15, 2000. Submissions should report on recent research work. We recommend the authors to use muestra.tex style to write the LATEX file of the preprint. The submitted file must be sent by e-mail to:

Authors will be contacted concerning acceptance of their talk and possible modifications suggested by the Scientific Committee before May 26, 2000. They will be asked for the final version of their paper or abstract. Each participant will receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings (an internal work document) that will include the final versions of all accepted contributions.
Accepted papers must be presented at the meeting by one of the
authors
in 20 min. plus 5 min. for questions.

Accommodation is available at the same place. Accommodation for one night, including taxes, breakfast and lunch, costs 3900 Pts (23,44 Eu). Given the difficulty to find hotels in Barcelona at reasonable rates, this is a very low price. The conference site is very quiet, with pleasant gardens. Rooms are basic, but reasonable. Single and double rooms are available, but the number of available double rooms is very small.
Accomodation reservation may be made by filling in the accommodation
provisions included in the registration
form. The deadline for accommodation reservation is also
June 24,
2000.
